Should this teacher be fired?

Well, she is or science teacher(7th grade). She barely gives us work. We have not had a test since November. She is very rude to us. When a student asks her to repeat what we are supossed to be doing. She says, why don't you open your big old ears and listen. There is a boy that she bothers all the time she asks him if he's retarded all the time. She says he is talking when he's not and gives him a detention. She tells him to(he sits right infront of her desk)to get his nasty breathe away from her. She once slammed a book on a girls fingers because she was talking. I told my mom about this and she says to leave it alone because she wasn't bohering me. The work in her class was too easy for me because I was homeschooled. So my mom set up a meeting with her about it. Later we were watching a video about stuff we never learned. She paused it and asked me, What are the final stages of Emphysema. I did not know so she said See you don't know everything. If you did why don't you take a college entrance exam and get out. My mom then had a meeting with her and the principal. She denied she ever did this. She also says that being a teacher is the worst job ever and that you'll be living on the street and stuff. She also has a favorite student who is the only one she treats nicely. Her favorite student is always talking. She once mixed up to girls names and said it was the same thing because they both were Haitian. Our school is an international charter school and we were having a Haitian culture day adn she said the food stank. Once a girl(my friend) broke her clock and she said oh this girl doesn't have any manners she should have said oh I'll make my mom buy you a new clock. She is rude and I don't think she should be a teacher. She is not even certified to teach our grade.
