Help i would like some help with this he's really confusing me and i have no idea what he's talking about -.-?

Ok, so i haven't talked to this guy named marc for like 3 months and he said i liked you and i said you did? and he said yes, and he's trying to tell me that i didn't and he said i thought you liked me back and he's trying to tell me that i didn't like him that and he told me i flirted with him i flirt with almost everyone x.x he's really confusing talk about major AWKWARD. he said i flirted with him a couple times i flirt with almost every guy he said i remember i told you i liked you and you said you didn't even though you flirted with me what the hell is going on here? i haven't talked to this guy in 3 months and he just comes out of nowhere and starts drilling me on how he liked me and never mentioned it to me it's like wtf help?
