CAR BUYING HELP!!! ? ?

Ok so my dad is buying a new car but we can't decied which one....we need a car that will carry skiis snowboards a dog and 4 people plus some luggage.... It has to be a semi off road car...we can't decied between a used Toyota rav 4 with 78,000 miles On it....a used Subaru forester with 67,000 miles on it or a used Santa fe with 55,000 miles on it. What is he best option oh and it has to have 4 wheel drive and be good in the winter, thanks so much!!
