96 sonoma clicking noise in front end?

I had my front end aligned two days ago and its making clicking noise driver side front end. It only does it some times but is getting more frequent. It needed an alignment bad the drivers side tire was eat up on the inside. I can hear it when driving 0-35mph and when i hit the brakes it stops. Is it the wheel bearing or suspension/steering issue?
