Why do my memories scare me?
Sounds like dapression and depersonalzation with a possability of post tramatic stress. The not sleeping sounds like insomnia (my spelling sucks sorry) i go thru the same thing everyday but i try to focus on the good. Try not to stress. Go out side with out a phone or anything in comfy cloathes and look around. Actualy look. Let your mind slow down. Force it to. Look at the petals of a flower. Touch them, feel them and smell them. Look at the grass and the way it sways in the wind. Focus only on the possative. Play music that brings you happyness. Join a gym. When you exercise happy chemacles get released into your brain. Join a club or something. I love to dance so i go danceing and i love art. I do art whenever i can. :) make some more friends possative ones. :) itll work out hun you just gotta find your nitch. :)
