Really upset with parents??? please help!?

i have a laptop that i got from my dad. im in middle school, and im the only person (out of 2) in the whole 6th, 7th, and 8th grade that doesn't have a cell phone. the house phone that we have does not charge you per minute. there's just like a monthly fee. anyway, i recently found a new website called inkpop where i decided to put my book up after i made an account (2 days ago to be exact). anyway, here's the problem. ill admit, i was on the house phone for a long time reading and listening to my friend and my story. my parents made me get off the phone, and they haven't let me use it yesterday or today although none of them needed it. they made me spend "quality time" with them where i sat in silence with them watching a boring movie that had about 20 minutes left in it, and we ended up getting in an argument about the movie anyway. today, my mom has been on her cell phone for hours, and when i tried to use the phone and computer for about five minutes, she started nagging me about it although she hasnt been spending time with us all day. I KNOW ITS KINDA LONG, BUT PLEASE READ IT! IM DESPERATE! i dont know what to do and im so frustrated. i think thats kinda why im rambling, but please help!!!!!!
