I don't know how to arrange my small room?

I am moving in to a new home, and I am going to have a small room. I have to make a full size bed, a dresser, a desk, and a vanity fit in it. Any help please. Oh plus the size is 10x11. I have a teen style, so nothing old lady looking please. + I dont want my bed against the wall, unless nessisary. Links would help too.
