How to set inline skate wheels on fire?

Ok, this must sound REALLY stupid to most people reading this question, but I'm wondering what skates, or how to set your inline skate wheels on fire while slaloming like in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Oc7ORpe1KE if you notice, they create a spark so I'm wondering if it's a special frame or special wheels.
